ZMA is a synergistic blend of zinc mono methionine aspartate, magnesium aspartate, and Vitamin B-6. Zinc plays an important role in testosterone production and low levels of zinc and magnesium are shown to have a strong adverse effect on muscle growth. Intense exercise further depletes vitamins and minerals making supplementation essential to ensure optimum levels. It’s important to note that ZMA should never be taken with calcium as calcium blocks absorption.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Maintenance use: 3 capsules per day
Sport use: 5 capsules per day
Anabolic use: 5 capsules before training / competition and 5 capsules before bedtime
Always take on an empty stomach
