SUGGESTED USE
Take 1 capsule once a day. Recommended minimum dosage is 1mg/kg bodyweight per day. Loading dose is 1.5mg/kg for the first week. Optimal timing is 45 minutes before exercise or bedtime, preferably on an empty stomach. Used before an event will also serve as a nitric oxide performance enhancer. Ideally stacked with Beta Alanine. Can increase dosage to two capsules a day if found to be required for performance enhancement or pain relief.
